The history of the INKLUZ brand goes back several decades, when Marian Pal – the father of the current owner, Marcin – first fell in love with gemstones. Working on the railway as a mechanic, he devoted every spare moment to his passion. He traveled around Poland, visited old quarries, mineral fairs, and forgotten corners, where he eagerly searched for unique specimens – amethysts, agates, ambers, quartzes.
He created his first workshop and grinding shop in his own apartment.There, among children's toys and the bustle of home, when Marcin and his sister Joanna were still little, Marian polished his first stones. One of them was an Australian opal, which he bought at a mineral fair – fascinated by its color and inner fire. He taught himself the craft, trying different grinding and setting techniques.It was from this opal that he created his first pendant, set in silver – a gift for his wife Wiesława. Years later, this pendant became a family keepsake, passed on to Joanna when she went to university. Symbolically, it connects generations – and became the beginning of the story we continue to write today.

Over time, a shop with a workshop was established on Turkusowa Street in Lublin – a place that still attracts loyal customers from all over the region. For years, people have come there to find jewelry for special occasions, but also to talk about stones, projects, and the emotions embedded in gold and platinum. This place has become a local center of knowledge, craftsmanship, and trust – a living part of the INKLUZ story.
Today, the brand is steered by Marcin – the founder's son and one of the best gemstone experts in Poland. He is responsible for selecting stones, running the workshop, and collaborating with the team of jewelers. Although he is not a jeweler by education, he taught himself how to grind and set stones – with passion, precision, and a deep understanding of the material. Next to him stands Joanna – a jewelry designer who gives INKLUZ collections their unique character. She is behind the brand's aesthetics – refined, yet close to emotions.
